저희 ULTRA FILTER는 규조토를 이용한 여과기로서 원액에 규조토를 Mixing하여 여과망에 Coating하는 Pre-Coat 방법과 여액에 규조토를 Mixing하여 여과망에 직접 Coating과 Filtering을 동시에 병행하는 body-feed가 있고, 필요시 두 방법을 병행하기도 합니다. 또한, 고객이 원할때는 자동도 가능합니다.

DESIGN / FEATURES
– Horizontal filter. Disk filter leaves are installed through
the manifold in the center of vessel.
– Filter leaves revolve. By spraying, filter cake can be removed, being discharged as slurry.

– Scrapers are attached on filter leaves to
remove cake.
And a screw conveyer to carry removed filter cake is installed.
– In order to make filter leaves check up easier, a filter leaves carrier is available as an option.
